From 2011 to 2024, I co-founded and grew Boston’s Night Shift Brewing, taking it from a small startup into one of New England’s largest independent breweries generating $200M+ lifetime sales. The journey culminated in a successful private exit in 2025 and gave me deep, hands-on experience in leadership, strategy, marketing, and brand building.
